Kalamoir Park Access - Casa Loma

Casa Loma Boardwalk Casa Loma Neighbourhood Access Retaining Wall Construction Project Description Fiona worked on the resolution of access to Kalamoir Regional Park for residents of the Casa Loma neighbourhood and successfully secured a registered statutory right-of-way for public access along the western boundary of Casa Loma Lakeshore Resort. Fiona undertook community consultation to determine a concept plan and prepared detailed construction drawings for tender. Construction improvements proposed by Fiona included substantial retaining wall construction, a 250 linear foot boardwalk over a sensitive regional park wetland, privacy fencing for the resort and trail surfacing.
